Looking to add something bold and beautiful to your dog’s wardrobe? Our 2-inch double-layer Biothane® collars with custom vinyl designs are perfect for dog sports, special occasions, photo shoots, events, and turning heads wherever you go.

While the Biothane® base is waterproof, odor-resistant, and built for long-term durability, the heat transfer vinyl (HTV) accents are decorative and may not hold up to rough play, heavy daily use, or high-friction activities. We recommend these collars for light, supervised wear to maintain their look and longevity.

✅ Super Heavy Biothane® Handle (1-Inch Wide):
The attached handle is made from extra-tough 1-inch Super Heavy Biothane® and is attached directly over the buckle, not behind the collar - so when you grab the handle, the hardware doesn’t dig into your dog’s neck. It’s ergonomic, practical, and more comfortable for your dog during intense training or sport.

The handle includes a built-in grippy Biothane® strip so your hand stays secure even when the collar (and your dog) are wet. No slipping, even during high-speed turns or water launches.

How to Measure Your Dog’s Neck for the Perfect Fit
Each collar is custom-made to fit your dog's neck size, with a 3-inch adjustable range. Adjustment holes are spaced 3/4-inch apart, ensuring a precise fit.

Method 1: Flexible Measuring Tape
• Wrap a measuring tape snugly around your dog’s neck where the collar sits.
• Ensure two fingers fit comfortably between the tape and neck.
• Record the measurement in inches.
Method 2: Measure an Existing Collar
• Lay the collar flat.
• Measure from the center of the buckle/clasp to the hole your dog uses most.

Tip: Always double-check measurements. If in doubt, size up for comfort and flexibility.
